Production Update #13: Thanks!

Wow! What a whirlwind weekend! We shot roughly 750 feet of film stock on Saturday from 1pm until 11pm ... and on Sunday from 11am until 1 pm. Everyone will be sleeping well tonight.

So I want to thank our crew of 9 who made this day a success. I'll drive the film to the lab in Rockville, MD on Monday, so keep your fingers crossed that everything will come out looking excellent.

Special thanks to:

Bob Sapora--for focus & light metering & patience above and beyond the call...

Gordon Masters--for working a full day at a real job in Annapolis, then driving to meet us on location and working well into the night...

Novia Campbell--for spending an entire, sweat-drenched day in a wedding dress in desperate need of dry cleaning...

Charles Crum--for being the "Radar O'Reilly" of the crew... taking care of so many tasks BEFORE we even realized that they needed to be done... and for tracking down Novia in that high-speed, cross-country chase...

Gergely Horvath--for working a full day on Saturday, and then dragging yourself out of bed on Sunday for still more shooting

Naomi Bari--for always having that battery belt ready to slip over the tripod...

Deana Villani--for driving all the way from Richmond, Virginia to give us a hand... and for always having your hands full of some kind of camera gear whenever we needed it...

Debra Gibson-- for expert traffic direction and "hot-wiring" my car...(and the shi-shi cherries...)

Carol Sapora-- for potato salad and white wine at sunset...

No shooting this weekend... but stay tuned for info on when we will screen the footage we just shot...

And once again, thanks so much for everyone's A+++ effort. It's days like these that independent filmmakers live for.
